Once your return is approved and received, we’ll process your refund within 5–7 business days. It may take additional time for your bank to post it.
Can I use a discount code on anything?
Discount codes can be applied to most items, but not to gift cards or donations unless otherwise stated.

My tracking says delivered, but I didn’t receive my package. What now?
Start by checking with neighbors or your building manager. If it doesn’t turn up, please reach out to us and we’ll help you sort it out.

You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order is on its way.
Do you ship internationally?
We currently ship within the U.S. and Canada. International shipping is coming soon.

Gift cards are non-refundable and can’t be returned or exchanged.
